All my cakes are made in a domestic home-based kitchen not open to the public. If you have any concerns please speak with Sara Ruddick for more advice.

I want a three tier cake, but can each cake tier be a different flavour?

Yes.

I have seen a cake I like, can you make me one the same?

I’m happy to work to your brief, but will not make an identical copy of another cake makers design. I will make a cake similar but unique to you.

Wedding cakes can be designed specifically to your requirements to blend with your theme, dress, flowers, etc. I will make very effort to match specific icing colours and ribbon accessories to swatches provided by customers, but there will be occasions where an exact match may not be possible.

The cake design will remain the property of Sara Ruddick Cakes and a copy sketch will only be released to the customer on receipt of a deposit. An Order Confirmation will be provided to the customer outlining in detail the design agreed upon. Once a design has been agreed, any requests to vary the wedding cake design will only be considered up to 28 days before the delivery date and may incur additional cost.
